Spirituality for TUC is connecting us with our inner selves where compassion and grace live.
With curiosity and grace, we let our values of compassion and grace lead, guide, and shape our hearts and minds to be grateful, content and with joy show and share the same in support of others.
Spirituality is both an exploration and an appreciation of the profound dimensions of life in and beyond ourselves and the world around us.
Finding Spirituality
Spirituality is accepting and appreciating the divine nature of our humanity, knowing that our lives have significance in the ultimate mystery that is life.
All human beings are spiritual beings. Spirituality is an individual and personal way of being, discovered, encountered, and demonstrated in a variety of ways. Some through nature, some through arts, music, prayers or through acts of kindness or connections with others and events.
Spirituality at TUC
TUC has an evolving and inclusive approach to Spirituality through exploration of faith seeking
meaning. TUC fosters open-mindedness, celebrates diversity and encourages the integration of realistic insights and understandings into our spiritual practices.
Our Church
TUC Community is dedicated to spirituality, inclusiveness and openness. This original historic Presbyterian Church, now Uniting Church, opens its doors Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm.
Our Sunday gatherings are at 9am and 10.15am, except the last Sunday of every second month, when both groups combine at 10.15am.
Holy Communion is the third Sunday
of the month.
Invitation
We extend a warm invitation to all, Come as you are, regardless of faith, orientation or culture. Come and share our space, where everyone has a place. Come and share forworship, for ceremonies and occasions.
